| PHQ demonstrated the
brand new
PHQ250 Anti-Vibration Handle The handle reduces vibration that cause White Finger syndrome.  The PHQ Anti-Vibration Jackleg Backhead Handle invented in collaboration
with CANMET and The University of Sherbrooke funded by Canadian mines was demonstrated to over 100
attendees. Delegates that tried the CANMET demonstration felt the reduced vibration of the new handle. They experienced the numbing vibration of a standard handle then tried the vibration dampened handle. Each time the delegates were amazed at the marked difference they could feel affecting their hands.
The annual CIM Convention attracted many
mining companies from around the world to Montreal. The broad
representation of manufacturers in the trade show showplaced Canadian
Mine Suppliers to the world of mining. |
